I am using Firefox Browser from it’s early development stages. I don’t like to teach you the history of how it evolved, but I would like to express a few words regarding the ease of use and features which forced me to promote it through my blog.

First of all, Firefox is standards-compliant and it’s available as free download. It’s a very small download as compared to Internet Explorer or Opera. It’s available for Windows, Linux and Other Unix varients. The features include tabbed browsing ( Which I found really helpful !), popup blocking, rss support, ad-blocking etc etc. After I started using Firefox for my internet browsing, I am not at all worried about the activex ,spyware stuff..

Techies approve it to be the most secure and stable browser compared to Opera , Netscape and Internet Explorer.

If you want looks, it supports themes and plugins which makes you to change the look and feel as well as extend it’s functionality.
